I had the pleasure of working with Ujena to get my car fixed. 1st Family gave me a great estimate and a time to bring my vehicle in for service. Ive never had to file an insurance claim for an accident Ujena was very nice and helpful with that experience. The excellent repairs were done and I was able to get my vehicle back in a reasonable time with a GREAT price!!! My vehicle looks💯💯💯💯 Im super happy with my experience with 1st Family Auto Collision💕💕This is a message to you 1st Family Auto Staff. Thank you, for great customer service!! Definitely a great experience if you need a good reliable used vehicle super happy with my purchase and staff hands down nicest around 🤙🏽 highly recommend ask for Cassidy she’s the bomb 💣

Fantastic people and wonderful personalities Craig was terrific and management is great. I got a flat in my tire first day getting my car and they helped me out and this type of hospitality is rare. Definitely consider this worth my money

Cassie and Craig are awesome...they went above and beyond to make sure me and husband left in the perfect car for us. They made us very comfortable on their lot unlike other car lots in the area. Thank you guys for everything!

I absolutely LOVED every minute of being here, as soon as i walked in i felt VERY welcomed, ive spoken w the owner and Ujena. i came in thinking i wasnt going to get a car, i was WRONG. Ujena got me right💕💕🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 yall better come on through! they’ll work w you. very reasonable prices and all yall fr😗🫡 won’t b disappointed!

This place is amazing ! Not only are they all super friendly and welcoming they go above and beyond! They didn’t pressure or do any of the annoying super pushy car dealerships do. Ujena was super helpful and friendly and really worked with us and made it such a pleasant experience hands down an amazing person at her job and in her heart! Cassidy did an amazing job as well she made sure that we understood everything and was pleasant to be around as well they really make you feel comfortable. I also want to mention Craig he helped with the test drives and while I typically don’t like riding with people when test driving he was a hoot to be around and didn’t make it awkward. I’m glad we came across this place because people and business like this are a rare find and I feel lucky and so so thankful. Even during my panic attack they were helpful. I want to thank each one of y’all for making this a positive experience for us and helping us get in something we wanted !!!! Thank you thank you !!!!
